Hello My readers,

 

Here is a quick snack!

Sprouted Bread

Sesame Oil

Capers

Alfalfa

Spinach

Tomato

Avocado

1. Spread the Avocado

2. Place the tomatoes

3. Spinach second layer

4. Alfalfa

5. Capers (as desired)

6. Sesame oil ( just a bit)

7. If you want to add pepper to taste is optional.

 

There you have a quick and healthy ( vegan) snack for mid day or whenever.
