“If you aren’t good at loving yourself, you will have a difficult time loving anyone, since you’ll resent the time and energy you give another person that you aren’t even giving to yourself.”

Happy Mother’s Day.

Our mothers are our primary role models, and what they do we learn to do.

So, mothers I ask you very sweetly, please, please, please love your self first in order to give this love to your children. How can you give something you don’t have. This will prevent much stress that  if not taken care of can later turn into fights, frustrations, and regrets and passed on  to your children.

Isn’t there that moment when you need from your children  have ( when all of their life you have given all your time and dedication) and in return you get “whatever mom” ” i am too busy” “I don’t want to” and then feel totally un-loved, un-appreciated… and why is that?? MOM’s it’s not that you have not done a great job, it’s that you expect things in return for this love, when you should take care of yourself first and love yourself completely so, when given this love you already feel loved. This means, you won’t expect something in return and there will be no deception or feeling of un-appreciation.

Mom’s you are our role models please, model us this beautiful tradition of loving ourselves and you will forever impact our life. This means no one can ever hurt us, because we will feel full of love and whatever comes along it’s extra and not needed to complete us. Since we are already complete.

Have a beautiful mother’s day with all your loved ones.

I send you love and harmony.

And don’t forget to smile because the universe loves you!

“It’s easy to get lost in endless speculation. So today, release the need to know why things happen as they do. Instead, ask for the insight to recognize what you’re meant to learn.”

- Caroline Myss

Hello my readers,

For many years I questioned, WHY??? Why did this happen, why did it not happen, why, why, why!! Does it really matter to always know why in the exact moment that we are feeling horrible, sad, lost?

Sometimes we just need feel and enjoy the pain, the suffering, the anger. Feel them and later you will be thankful, for they have taught you lessons greater than you ever imagine and with them, came love, compassion, empathy, tenderness, or whatever it is that comes at the end.

Learn from these lessons, pay attentions for the signs and for the right path to take. Connect with yourself, look inside and feel. Later you will learn why.

Don’t forget to smile because life loves you!

Bisous,

Fear leads US to our path

“This is the other secret that real artists know and wannabe writers don’t. When we sit down each day and do our work, power concentrates around us. The Muse takes note of our dedication. She approves. We have earned favor in her sight. When we sit down and work, we become like a magnetized rod that attracts iron filings. Ideas come. Insights accrete.”

Resistance is experienced as fear; the degree of fear equates to the strength of Resistance. Therefore the more fear we feel about a specific enterprise, the more certain we can be that that enterprise is important to us and to the growth of our soul. That’s why we feel so much Resistance. If it meant nothing to us, there’d be no Resistance.”

“Are you paralyzed with fear? That’s a good sign. Fear is good. Like self-doubt, fear is an indicator. Fear tells us what we have to do. Remember one rule of thumb: the more scared we are of a work or calling, the more sure we can be that we have to do it.”
